We do not sell personal information. Idle Dial does not require a user account and does not include advertising or behavioural analytics.
Information on your device
Your favourites, manually added stations, their order, app appearance, playback preferences, and recent listening state are stored locally on your device so the app can work as you expect. RUNX LTD does not receive or keep a copy of this local information.
Stations and external services
Idle Dial uses third-party station directories to provide search results. When you search for or play a station, your device connects to the relevant directory, stream provider, and artwork host. Those services may receive ordinary network information such as your IP address and request details under their own privacy practices.
RUNX LTD does not control the content, availability, or privacy practices of independent radio stations and service providers.
This website
This website currently uses no advertising, behavioural analytics, contact forms, or non-essential cookies. Its hosting provider may process limited technical and security logs needed to deliver and protect the site.
When you contact support
If you email us, we receive the details you choose to include, along with your email address. We use that information to respond, diagnose problems, and keep a reasonable record of the conversation. Please avoid sending information that is not needed for your request.
Support correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, maintain service records, or meet legal obligations.
Your rights and questions
